BLOX collects personal data via the website blox.dk. Here we collect and process personal data for use in statistics and optimization of the user experience.
The personal data that we collect about visitors to the website is i.a. general internet data about your visit and your IP address. When you are a guest at blox.dk, our web server registers your visit using so-called cookies, i.e. small data files for collecting web statistics. The web server primarily stores general internet data about your visit – including which pages you have visited, the time of the visit and the length of the visit. We use this information to create statistics on the traffic on our website. We also register your computer's IP address.
The apartments at BLOX are rented out by Realdania By & Byg through the real estate agency Home (read Realdania By & Bygs personal data policy in the bottom of the page).
Parts of the common areas and the parking facility in BLOX are video monitored. The purpose of the surveillance is to create security for the building's users and visitors, to discourage unauthorized persons from gaining access to the building, and to facilitate investigation in the event of burglary, vandalism, claims, etc.
The cameras are connected to screens on the respective the office of the operating staff and at the operator of the parking facility, who can follow what is happening in the monitored areas from here. The recordings are stored respectively on servers locally at BLOX and at the operator of the parking facility.
Deletion of personal data
Your personal data will be deleted when we no longer need to process it for the fulfillment of one or more of the above purposes. However, statistical data can be processed and stored longer in anonymized form.
Video recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days, if no possible criminal matters, claims or the like have been reported.
Links to other websites
On our websites there are links to other websites and to integrated websites. BLOX is not responsible for the content of other companies' websites or for their practices in connection with the collection of personal information. When visiting other websites, you should always read the website's privacy policy and other relevant policies.
Disclosure
We will not share your information with others unless you have specifically given your consent. BLOX does not collect personal data from third parties about you. It may also, under certain circumstances and in accordance with the law, be necessary to pass on information to public authorities or the police.
Who has access to your information?
Only those of our employees who are directly dependent on the information in order to perform their work have access to your information. All people working with our web platform are subject to confidentiality.
BLOX can, however, give selected IT partners access to systemically work with the database containing personal data, if the reason lies in the operation and development of our websites and member platform.
As a starting point, all information is used exclusively internally in BLOX.
Access to video recordings is limited to the operating staff at BLOX and relevant employees of the operator of the parking facility.
Security and storage of data
We have implemented security measures to ensure that our internal procedures meet our high security policy standards. We therefore do our best to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information.
The data entered on the website is transferred encrypted between the user's browser, the website and the BLOX newsletter database. The process follows the Danish Data Protection Authority's requirements and recommendations.
Your rights
You can gain insight into the personal data you have provided to BLOX at any time, subject to certain statutory exceptions. You also have the right to object to the collection and further processing of your information. You can also demand that we delete, block or correct the information.
You have the right to have your data that you have provided to us delivered to us in a machine-readable format and to have your data transmitted to another data controller.
